On 21.-23.06.2024 we are organizing the second seminar with martial arts master, sensei Peter Gančak.

Peter Gančak – master of the eastern martial arts Tai Chi, Wu Shu, Aikido, master of sports in boxing.

He comes from Transcarpathian Ukraine, after a successful sports career he logically joined Spetsnaz, he served in the diversionary unit "flying mice", which caused trauma and questions about the meaning of life, to which he sought answers in distant China, where he traveled on foot and by hitchhiking. In a tiny village, he learned Chinese martial arts, philosophy and medicine. After his return, he studied Chinese, Indian and Tibetan medicine at the University of Moscow. He is a qualified doctor, therapist, dietician. In his practice, he combines Eastern medicine and medicinal herbs of the Carpathians, and has been treating people from Ukraine and abroad for more than 30 years.

PROGRAM:

SEMINAR TOPIC: Inner energy, its influence on health and strength

• chi kung exercises for strengthening health and gaining strength
• basic sword (katana) techniques, bring a boken if you have one. If you don't we will find a suitable stick for you.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

No special physical condition or training is required, the seminar is open to absolute beginners. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in good health. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer and the trainers aren't taking any liability!
