SYSTEMA SEMINAR - MAXIM FRANZ

On 12. - 13. october 2024 we are organizing a Systema seminar under the guidance of top instructor Maxim Franz, whom we will welcome in Slovakia for the sixth time. Maxim presents the classical and practical Systema school, his seminars are full of strikes :)

SEMINAR TOPIC: Movement as defense / offense and the use of clothing in a streetfight

Everything we train in Systema including:

• preparatory exercises
• biomechanics
• strikes and kicks
• fighting while standing and on the ground
• stick work
• knife work

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

No special physical condition or training is required, the seminar is open to absolute beginners. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in good health. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer and the trainers aren't taking any liability!>

clean shoes for the gym, suitable sports clothing (t-shirt and long pants), training knife (metal)
